Service Description

Have you completed your Introduction to Pole Dance Worksheet and are eager for more? This class is perfect for you! We’ll dive into essential skills like hand grips, pirouettes, grounded moves, and spins. You’ll also engage in strength exercises designed to build those abs and arms for more advanced pole tricks down the line. With a focus on flexibility, strength, and tons of fun, this class is a great way to elevate your pole journey. Just a reminder: students must complete Intro to Pole before moving on to any beginner level. Prerequisites for this class: comfortable with climbs, pole sits, apprentice, genie, fireman spin, and chair spin..


Class Policy

Students are required to take an Intro (Level 1) class prior to any higher level classes. If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class and you will be charged for the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time. If you need to cancel your class, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to the start of class in order to keep your class for use at another time. No refunds.
