This unique session combines smooth, flowing transitions with sultry choreography that encourages self-expression and confidence. Perfect for all levels, you’ll learn to embrace your body’s natural rhythm while mastering captivating routines that highlight fluidity and grace. Expect to engage in a warm-up that focuses on body awareness and flexibility, followed by a series of choreographed sequences that will inspire you to explore your inner goddess. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each move, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered. Whether you’re looking to spice up your dance repertoire or simply have fun, this class is the perfect escape! This class is done in bare feet- Heels are optional
Class Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, we cannot allow you to attend the class and you will be charged for the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before your class start time. The Bungee Classes are held in the main building. Using the door on the right (door closest to Main Street) We are the second door on the right. If you need to cancel your class, you must do so at least 3 hours prior to the start of class in order to keep your class for use at another time. Monthly members will be charged $15.00 every time they late cancel a class. Parties must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
